Honorable Mention for December 2018: The Gift of Acceptance by Janice Morris

Our honorable mention selection for our December Quarterly Competition goes to Janice Morris for her story titled "The Gift of Acceptance". Morris is an 84 year old widow living in a group home. She is an avid reader and enjoys exploring the Internet to see what others are writing. She has written poetry and prose most of her life. She has also enjoyed cooking ethnic cuisine and painting with watercolors.
